Essay 1: Please describe a time when you went beyond what was defined, expected, established, or popular. (500 words or fewer, limited to one page)
Essay 2: Please describe a time when you convinced an individual or group to accept one of your ideas. (500 words or fewer, limited to one page)
Essay 3: Please describe a time when you took responsibility for achieving an objective. (500 words or fewer, limited to one page)
Cover Letter: Prepare a cover letter (up to 500 words) seeking a place in the MIT Sloan MBA Program. Describe your accomplishments and include an example of how you had an impact on a group or organization. Your letter should conform to standard business correspondence and be addressed to Mr. Rod Garcia, Director of MBA Admissions.

Recall an experience when you questioned the existing way and conceived a better way to replace the old one.Ideas can come as sparks but implementing them requires hard work, overcoming opposition, arranging support, finances, contacts... How did you convert your idea into reality?

People resist new ideas. How did you convince them?Identify an experience when you made others to buy into your ideas/opinions/perspectives.What did you do? What challenges did you face? How did you overcome them?What did you learn about persuading others?

Choose an experience that can showcase your skills of executing an idea or a plan.Choose an experience where you can write about all the things you do exceptionally well while executing a plan.Talk about the various challenges you faced and how you overcame them.
