In answering this question, first make a careful selection of three professional experiences that you consider to be your achievements. Since the objective is to project your eligibility for a management programme, the experiences should project your managerial attributes.
Even though your work profile may have been technical, you are likely to have had several opportunities to project managerial traits in your day to day work. Here are some traits that you may like to project through this essay question:
Initiative: Taking on additional responsibilities; getting things done; enhancing involvement of others at work; learning and applying new skills at work; conceiving and deploying new and efficient ways of performing existing tasks.

Managing Change: How well you are able to adapt to new circumstances; how you are able to make others adapt to new circumstances
These are some of the traits that you could look to project through this essay. Choosing a combination of experiences that project a good mix of abilities would be the key to making this essay effective.
