Question 3: Describe the single event or achievement that has significantly influenced your life.
A failure could have shocked you and forced you to change.
An achievement could have brought awareness about new capabilities within you and enhanced your confidence.
Sometimes small events can influence us. Talking to your CEO for five minutes at the start of your career motivated you to think like him, meeting an uncle who had just started a sports management firm motivated you to join the industry, being a first hand witness to a happy or even a tragic community event could have had its influence.
Think back and identify a time when you changed. What brought about that change? How did it change you? How have you been a better person thereafter? What have you achieved as a result? Think and write on these lines.
