What's a leadership experience?

One where you took charge and found a unique way. When you didn't follow past and proven methods but created your own path to overcome a challenge.

Next, you need the leadership experience to have influenced your life.

It may have influenced you because it showed you what you were capable of, it helped you overcome a weakness, and/or it taught you important life lessons that you continue to use.

Think back and identify a time when you changed. What brought about that change? How did it change you? How have you been a better person thereafter? What have you achieved as a result? Think and write on these lines.
